Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance returned to the payment method used for deposit, less any winnings generated. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) tropwin account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. tropwin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tropwin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tropwin staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
You agree to notify tropwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. tropwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, tropwin requires identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Accepted documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
All financial transactions on the tropwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). tropwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

tropwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. tropwin is not obligated to return funds where closure is due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory instruction.
Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting tropwin support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tropwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tropwin content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tropwin's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tropwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if tropwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tropwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tropwin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
tropwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering a tropwin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tropwin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), as required by law, or as directed by PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the tropwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact tropwin support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tropwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

tropwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tropwin will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.
